I lived at the Village on Beaver Creek for about a year and a half and only moved because I was leaving the Dayton area. The property was extremely well maintained and maintenance responded to requests almost immediately.

The location is fantastic, near highways and shopping but in a quiet, more secluded setting. The trees and landscaping are beautiful, and there is a lovely church and neighborhood across the street. Neighbors and the office staff were very friendly. Most of the time I couldn't hear my neighbors. Also most of the time maintenance was pretty timely and helpful, though when our dryer stopped working it took more than a month for us to have that fixed.

The Village on Beavercreek is a nice, peaceful, family friendly apartment complex that is close to the Greene Mall, Grocery Stores, Highways, Restaurants, etc. I never had any issues with other tenants at this apartment complex. I would recommend staying here.

When I moved to the area, I was just looking for somewhere to live that was in my price range. I found The Village on Beavercreek and I am now almost a 3 year resident! The staff is wonderful and responsive, the residents are respectful, and the apartments are in a quiet area while still being so close to the highways to get anywhere you need to go. Overall a great place to live :)

Overall a great experience! Management is great, so much better than our previous experience with other rental properties. Communication is wonderful. Application process was quick and smooth. The community is quite and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I've lived here for 10 years. It's very quiet inside and outside. I rarely hear neighbors. Maintenance responds as quickly as possible, but can take a few days if busy. It is an older building, but it's solid. I've never had any problems besides older appliances needing replaced. In the last 10 years, I've received a new dishwasher, dryer, hot water heater, and a brand new toilet. I love the central location of the complex. I use the bike path often. If I were to make any improvements, I'd love
